The system implemented role-based access control to ensure that users only have access to the functionalities relevant to their roles. Roles such as Production Manager, Quality Inspector, and Technician were defined with specific privileges.

Production Managers can create and schedule work orders based on customer demand, inventory availability, and production capacity. They can allocate resources, define timelines, and track progress throughout the production cycle. 

Technicians have access to detailed work instructions and task lists associated with each work order. They can update the status of operations, record material consumption, and flag any issues or deviations from the standard procedures. 

Quality Inspectors perform both in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. They can generate inspection reports, capture non-conformities, and initiate corrective actions when necessary. 

Before products are released for shipping, a final inspection is conducted to verify that all requirements have been met. Inspectors use predefined checklists and criteria to assess product integrity, functionality, and cosmetic appearance.
